From an old lumber mill in Marshall, Wisconsin, to an innovative cabinet and millwork workshop, decades of tradition and craftsmanship seep through every inch of our building.

Tradition & Craftsmanship
The smell of freshly cut timber continues to permeate the air. Layers of sawdust fill the nooks and crannies, and like the rings of a tree, tell our history. These beautifully handcrafted kitchens, cabinets, and millwork designs are the product of this history.
These cabinets and millwork are the result of people believing what they do is more than manufacturing, that it is indeed, an art. They are the result of a company committed to doing things the right way.

Shawn has been with Auburn Ridge for almost 30 years. He started at Auburn Ridge as a Cabinet Finisher, and after working just about every position, he grew to become the President of the company. Shawn enjoys working with all types of customers, builders and his Auburn Ridge team. During his free time, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and grandson, being active outdoors and playing sports. Shawn has also been a Lions Club member for over 10 years.
Patti began her career in Interior Design over 25 years ago - though she dreamed of becoming a Designer as early as 12 years old, when her parents built their home. Prior to Auburn Ridge, Patti worked in the Chicago area designing cabinetry lines for Architects and Builders. After moving to the Madison area, she found her calling here at Auburn Ridge. Patti really enjoys seeing the final design come together. When Patti is not busy designing, she can be found relaxing with her family, especially her grandson, or out trying her hand at a new Pinterest project.
Jenelle has been inspired by and practicing Interior Design for more than 15 years. She loves being able to work for Auburn Ridge, a company based out of her hometown. She remembers visiting the lumberyard with her dad. At a very young age Jenelle dreamed about owning her own construction company and even had a treasured purple dump truck. When she is not busily designing or managing customer projects, Jenelle loves gardening and crafting with her two daughters.
Bryan has been a member of Auburn Ridge since 1995 when he joined as a designer and eventually moved into sales. He loves the ability to get out of the office and meet with builders and homeowners to discuss their project. His favorite part is seeing a project all the way through - from design to installation. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys golf, coaching basketball and spending time with his family.
Bob joined Auburn Ridge in 2002, however he grew up in the construction industry, remodeling and building alongside his father. As a member of MABA for 15 years, serving on the Board of Directors for 4 years and Associated Vice President for 1 year, he values the importance of staying active in the industry. In his spare time, Bob loves to golf, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and cutting wood.
Andrew originally joined the Auburn Ridge team in 2013 as an Estimator. Over time he transitioned to his current role as a Sales Consultant. Prior to joining our team, he received his degree in Carpentry, ran his own construction business and even built his own home on their family farm!
Andrew's favorite part of working at Auburn Ridge is speaking with the builders and their clients to build their dreams right in front of them. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his family and helping his parents on their family farm.

Steve joined Auburn Ridge in 2022 as a Cabinet and Millwork Specialist. With over 10 years of operation and sales experience, he enjoys building relationships and providing solutions for his customers. His favorite part of working at Auburn Ridge is seeing the project all the way through, from design to installation. When he is not at work, Steve likes to play golf, coach softball, watch his kids play sports and spend time with his family.
Kyle is a well-seasoned employee, having been in the custom cabinetry industry for over 30 years. Cabinets and countertops are beautiful, but there’s nothing quite like seeing the final product come together for him. When Kyle is not out meticulously measuring your space, he can be found spending time with his family, fishing and attending sporting events.
